How to find defaulted mortgages

Just completed buying a defaulted mortgage and restructuring it in order to allow the payor to start making payments again.Will be very profitable deal.The oportunity fell in my lap as the note sellers representative called me on a bandit sign that says i buy houses.Any ideas on where to find more of these?
