Would anybody go after this deal:
Six siblings each has 1/6 share of their late mother's property in which the executor-sibling resides in. This executor-sibling and another sibling don't want to sell the property, but the other four do since probate has been concluded. So they each quit-claim their share at a discount to some investor(s).
