Great suggestions.
If I still liked the idea of buying defaulted paper, any particular
suggestions as to where to find such paper?
I have been a RE investor for a long time (20+ years) and if I can find a
way to buy at a discount I am interested in hearing more. I FULLY
understand there is risk and costs to a property in foreclosure, etc.
