I like this publication by Peter Conti and David Finkel. The concept of l/optioning from seller and rent-to-own to T/B's, this is great idea, wealth builder(in my opinion).
But can this work in today's market? Is anyone familiar it? Mr Finkel, Mr. Conti are you out there? Is this outdated? Can I make it win/win 2day? Are any of you familiar the method? I'd really like to start dooing it, but are the risk greater, I have what appears to be good a prospects and have check every angle the books say. And I've studied alot of material here onsite too, as well puchased books -Mr.'s Bronchick, Alcorn and Mr. Sheets(my first, not here though) I'm just concerned because everything I've studied is sorta back-dated,(2000, 03, 07 or so) can it work today.
The Wall Street Journal today says "HOME PRICES REMAIN UNDER PERSSURE"... David Blitzer/S&P says "..renewed WEAKENING in home prices." EEK! Look if no appreciation in value, how can I estimate a 12/24/48-month contract value properly... QUESS. Can I and win/win?.
CRE-ONLINER is there any help out there for TODAY'S market REInvestor using other peoples $$$$$?
