I have done a few. I bought a few rehabs and resold them to contractors who want to get in the business but cannot afford to buy the house.They can get the work done but are not willing to look around for a deal,they consider it a waste of there time so I sell it to them and get paid off when they sell it and collect monthly payments while they are working on it.
